In coming Quality control (IQC) – All incoming raw material are checked before used.
In process quality control (IPQC) – Perform inspections during the manufacturing process.
Final quality control (FQC) – All finished goods are inspected according to our quality standard for
each products.
Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) – Our QC team will 100% full inspection before it goes out for
shipment.
Proper Quarantine procedure – For those products got rejected to pass the quality control, they will
specially marked and dispose.

1 : What Production equipment do we own?
a).CNC Machines, CNC Turning Machines, Auto-Lathes, Lathes, Drilling Machines, CD Texture Machines, Screw Cutting Machines,Diamond Cut Machines, Polishing machine, Gringding Machines, etc.
3: What Inspection equipment do we have?
a).2D Project, Height Gage, Calipers, Thickness Machines, Hardness Machines, Micro calliper, etc.
4: What is your terms of payment?
a).Usually,we accept T/T ,Pay Pal, West Union.For regular orders,we prefer 30% in advance,70% against the of B/L.For long term business relations, we have more advantage terms for payment.
5: What is your terms of delivery?
a).We accept FOB,CIF,etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
6: What is the lead time?
a).It usually takes 15 to 20 days after sample confirmation and receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
7: How about tooling Charge?
a).Tooling charge only charge once when first order, all future orders would not charge again even tooling repair or under maintance

8: What is your sample policy?
a).Samples cost generally can be refunded if your quantity can meet our MOQ.

a).Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
